Today I ran. It's hard for me but I was able to pump out two miles in 25 minutes. Right now I'm trying to limit my running to one day a week. I don't want to flare up a pre-existing back injury. Also, I don't want to get bored!

Today Einstein and I did the Yoga with Weights class again.
I'm definitely keeping this one in the weekly rotation. It's an hour long and it's great!
With the look coming out of the corner of his eye, I am thinking he is daring you: "Go ahead, snap the picture and see what happens!"
