Is It Just Me Or.....
Following the lead of Hallie over at WWoW on this one.
Is it just me or........do little 3 year old boy toes digging in your back, in the back of your pajama pants, in his sleep drive you crazy? Cause I've about had enough! I am not hopping in with him tonight when he cries for me at 1am! Nope I'm not!
Is it just me or........do little 8 month old giggles in the middle of the night make you smile? SMILE and then go right back to sleep, right? Cause no way am I about to party with you at 3am Mr. Mean! Nope, you better knock that crap off!
Is it just me or........does forgetting one teeny tiny detail of your morning routine throw off your entire day? Because I forgot to put my mascara on yesterday and let me tell you I was off!
Is it just me or........does the sound of people chewing their food make your skin crawl too? Internet, it makes me crazy! (I seriously think I am undiagnosed sensory issues! Just ask my family!) I can't deal. Call me on the phone while you are eating and I can't talk to you. Sit right next to me on the couch eating pistachios, and I will run to another room! Sorry if I offend you, but I just can't deal with it!
Is it just me or........do you repeatedly forget to take things out of the freezer for dinner every night? I FAIL big time at this! Almost every day I forget to take chicken or whatever else is on the menu, out. It makes me go nuts! Today however, all the ingredients are already in the fridge!
Is it just me or........does this picture make you laugh too? Whenever I need a chuckle, I look at it. I'm telling ya, he's got a little evil in there some where! This picture was such a surprise when my sister took it. Neither one of us saw it in the moment. It wasn't until later when she was proofing our session. CRACKS ME UP!.jpg)

Don't know anything about the toes digging in your back but used to LOVE the middle of the night giggles.
I forgot earrings one day and thought I had gone insane. Nothing went right.
My in-laws both smack their gums/teeth when they chew. Makes me want to rip them apart, tooth by tooth.
I'm worse. I don't really forget. I stand in front of the freezer in the morning and think, SCREW IT, I'LL DEAL WITH IT LATER. I never do. I suck.
That pic should be sold as an alternative to crack. Bet it makes people feel as good if not better!

I have a problem with hearing people comp on their food like a cow chewing cud!! Drives me crazy too! I LOVE that picture of Mr. Mean it is pricelss.I hear on the OFF thing little things can just throw a clinker in a day! And as far as the toes digging in your back....go sleep in your own bed and if he is with you..send him packing back to his own room:)
I hear ya. There's nothing more maddening then forgetting to thaw out the chicken or trying to be all smart-like by thinking ahead and accidentally leaving it in the sink overnight. Oy. Even though I'm a SAHM it still happens to me on occasion.

I have someone who has to sleep on my arm. I had such a good night of sleep last night since she made it until after 4am to come into bed.
On days I forget to take my acid reflux med I am out of wack worried how bad my heartburn is going to be. And yes I consistently forget to take things out of the freezer which is why it is a good thing my hubby leaves for work much later than me.
Oh Mare...I love your list. I'm right there with you and Hallie on the noisy eaters, but my phobia also extends to people who eat like slobs, too...drives me crazy. And...if somebody dares to take something from my plate without asking, they risk getting their arm stabbed...Ewwww!

My brother chews on the phone...scrunch, crunch, munch. Drives me nuts. So one night I did it to him. Payback, baby, oh yeah.
Agreed about the little boy toys in the back. No fun at all. Very uncomfortable!
Great list! I can't stand toes in the back - especially if those toes are wrapped in footed pajamas and have rubber tread on them . . . Maren 'cheese grated' me for almost an hour the other night before I finally pushed her over to the other side of the bed.
And I so get you on feeling off if you forget something! I stopped wearing my wedding ring when I became a stay-at-home-mom, but before that, if I left the house without it on I would freak out.
