These two............

When Thomas and I got home tonight he started yelling for his Daddy immediately. Of course, he wasn't home yet. He went room to room in our small apartment yelling for him. "Da!? Daaaadddy!?" This went on for about three minutes.

Then after dinner, I was able to sucker Einstein into going grocery shopping for me. He went and grabbed his shoes, sat down and started putting them on. Thomas went and grabbed his baseball hat and started putting it on. He wanted to go with his Daaaadddy. Then he went over to to where we hang our jackets and started reaching up. He was saying something that sounded like "I get it." Then Einstein said good bye and Thomas started to cry.

These two........they're buddies!

I would have said, "You ungreatful little fart! What about MAMA . . . MAMA is SO MUCH COOLER than DADDY!"

Aw, I can't believe Einstein didn't take him. I'll be heartbroken when PB wants daddy more than me.

How cute is that. That's my next plan.... making my husband go buy groceries.... although we might end up with a load of hamburger helper and twinkies.

Thanks for your encouragement the other day btw. Your comment meant a lot to me.

Hey Mare (hehe)--how's my girly bud? Okay, do not ask me where I came up with that! It just seemed right, or really wrong. But as I told Amy JEAN Kelly, I just wanna make sure none of you forget me :). And I think law student hot mama's "you ungrateful little fart, what about MAMA" comment was hilarious. Awwww, Thomas Trouble...

My son is doing this too! He first started it when his daddy had to go to work and it totally broke his heart! It is really adorable but really hard to calm him down when his daddy has to leave without him.

That is so sweet, he really loves his daddy! I know when my Hubby walks through the door, it melts his heart to have someone run to him with hugs...love it!
