Today I ran. It's hard for me but I was able to pump out two miles in 25 minutes. Right now I'm trying to limit my running to one day a week. I don't want to flare up a pre-existing back injury. Also, I don't want to get bored!

Today Einstein and I did the Yoga with Weights class again.
I'm definitely keeping this one in the weekly rotation. It's an hour long and it's great!

Birthdays and cake - love them both. But that's cuz I'm still under 40. Pretty soon I;m gonna need a lot more cake to make me still like birthdays!!
